Default 2003 Range Rover HELP

After I drive my Range Rover for 45min-1 hour it tends to rev high before it shifts into next gear. I believe its 3rd gear. It also tends to down shift too soon. I am not sure what is causing this but does anyone have suggestions?

The next day my car is back to normal but returns to the same problem after a decent amount of driving.

transmission cooler built into the radiator is failing and causing your transmission to go into limp mode because it runs hot.
replace the radiator and voila.....you will need to vacuum fill your coolant so have a very experienced shop or land rover shop do it for you if you go the independent route..if you go the dealer way they know what to do.
a word of caution, this issue tends to show it self as a transmission failure and if your check engine light comes on it will say trans mission failure DO NOT ALLOW YOUR TRANS TO BE MISDIAGNOSED WITH OUT DOING THE RADIATOR CHECK BEFORE HAND.
