4.0(P38) Camshaft in a 4.2(RRC)?? - Land Rovers Only

nope, they are different, the 4.0 is not set for a distribuitor while the 4.2 runs distribuitor,as far as the lift and timing an so forth they are nearly identical but no provision for gear drive.
