4.6L Engine number

Have got hold of a 4.6L V8 for one of my RRC, but I’m getting confused about the engine number. The number in the block is 47D00028 and CR is 9.35:1. Anyone got any idea what sort of engine this could be, I haven’t come across this number anywhere yet. It’s said to come from a RR 4.6L HSE, but in that case, those numbers should start whit 46D or 48D if it’s a 4.6L not 47D.
