Check the EFI fuel relay under the passenger seat (square metallic five blade type), there's also the main relay on the left facing forward. Mine was buzzing a little and would sometimes blow the C4 fuel pump fuse on the dash or the 10A EFI fuel pump relay fuse under the seat. Atlantic Brirish has them for 30 bucks, I found one at auto zone for 5 bucks, they just have to match the plug pattern. I don't know if its a big difference, my 5 dollar relay hasn't given me any problems for 2 years. good luck.
