Default '93 RR Classic Radio Question?

Hello All,
This is my first time posting on this board and I was hoping some of you veterans could shed some light on a problem I just started experiencing. Today my radio started cutting on and off. When I change stations it would come back on and when I hit the breaks it will cut back out. Has anyone experienced this phenomenon?

Thanks in advance for your assistance...

sounds like a short maybe? is your center console cracked so the radio could move a little bit when you hit the brakes? if so maybe one of the cables connecting to it is loose or has a short.
