Default 95 LWB cruise control, horn, instrmt panel lights problems

I just bought a 1995 country LWB. The Cruise control and horn do not work (seems to be an electrical problem, as the CC button lights up). In addition, (may be a separate problem) the lights for the instrument panel do'nt turn on when the headlights are on.

I looked at the fuse descriptions, and as far as I can tell, there are other functions that work for related fuses.

Any suggestions as to how to diagnose or repair the problems?

Default Sounds like the spiral cassette to me

Take a look at this post to troubleshoot the Cruise Control, in fixing this you'll likely fix the horn as well.

Default Instrument panel does not turn on.

It sounds like its your head light switch located on your left hand side of your steering wheel. I just replaced mine, very easy. You have to replace the whole unit, which onlu takes to screws and pool the hole handle towards your left. It pops right out and just disconnect the switch and replace with a new one.
