Default 95 RRC Distributor/rotor/timing

Long story short, a less than mechanically inclined friend decided to buy a rover. Got a very nice deal on non-running 95 SWB. I am helping him out with my mechanical abilities but I have a question,... I am very familiar with setting a dist and getting the rotor point in the right place and getting it on the right gear tooth and all but on a 95 with the newer engine cover with the non-verticle timing mark (mark is at about 1 or 2 o'clock), where is the rotor pointed at for #1 being TDC. When he got the truck it looks like the dist is rotated about 90* counterclockwise from where mine sits in my 91. Plus with the timing mark being in a different spot, just curious if its any different.
A picture would be worth a thousand words....

thanks
