Default 95 RRC SWB - Special Vehicles Badge?

Would there be any reason a 95 RRC SWB Black County would be wearing a Special Edition Badge on the rear? The wife stopped and took some pics of one on her way to work today. Other that the badge on the rear it just looks like a standard RRC with a factory brush guard, side steps, and a full rack. Looking at RangeRovers they list the 25th anniversary and Brooklands editions, but that's it.

More than likely someone just liked the badge and slapped it on the rear.

that is actually a special option package, it is owner installed and can be purchased for less than $6.00 from ab.... DECAL- "LAND ROVER SPECIAL VEHICLE" | Land Rover Parts just a neat lil sticker... the item description said...
The special Projects Department opened officially in Solihull in 1957 and had since re-designed Land Rovers for everything from pulling trains to fighting wars to chauffering the Pope...which makes this a speical decal. 4.25"x2.25" here is some more info..Land Rover Special Vehicles Registry but I would guess that the owner just liked the sticker... I think I may get one after I paint mine...
