Default ABS Bleeding ISSUES

My truck is a 1990 RRC. I am not getting any fluid to the rear at all. The lines are not blocked or kinked I can push fluid thru them all the way to the caliper. When I removed the line to the rear pass side from the booster no fluid will come out at all even with pump on and pedal pressed.

The only caliper to bleed out fine was the passenger front. The driver side is not pushing any fluid either unless you open the line to the caliper up. So it is probally time for a replacement on that one.

Where to look next?

Are you bleeding with the Ign switch on? The ABS pump needs to be charged up, depending on how much airr you need to bleed out of the lines. Ordinarily, you can bleed each caliper static, but a system bleed should have the ABS pump run(ning).

I was bleeding it per the rave CD at first. Then I went thru and bleed pump, accumulater, valves at the top of the booster and then went and tried to bleed the whole system still no luck. The rave CD and the manual do not even cover the bleeding the rear brakes. Unless I am missing some sections on both.
I had to replace my ABS pump thats how all this started. Last time I was in there working on the brake system I installed the ABS pump I rebuilt and noticed that there were little peices of black hose from the line that was feeding the pump. I pushed out all the fluid at the lines but again could not get anything out of the rear lines and there was no fluid in them. Is it possible to clean out the booster? The peices of broken down hose were very very small about the size of a pin head and smaller.

Hmmmm, this is not a good thing. I'm wondering if they all got together in a bend in a line and are now thoroughly plugging it up. Have you tried pushing down the pedal with a rear bleedscrew open?

Yeah, I even took and un hooked the line from the booster and pushed fluid thru with my brake bleed pump(electric one man brake bleeder) to the back. There was hardly any fluid in the line at all. I pushed it thru until all the fluid in the line was clean and then hooked it back up to the booster.I did that to both rear lines. I then hooked my brake pump up to the bleeder screw and pushed in some fluid to fill the caliper and push the air out of the system. And still not enough pressure to even push fluid thru the bleeder with the pedal.

Are the lines in the back original?
I'm concerned that although you think they are not blocked, they may be collapsed. You can push fluid through with a manual line at what pressure?
Is the ABS pump able to put out that much pressure?

Just shootin' in the dark if you know what I mean.

The one man bleed pump isnt very high pressure you can block it off with your finger.

These brakes are killing me. I need to go back to the old go kart brakes with the metal bar on the wheel.

I think I've said that exact phrase the last time I was working on mine.

Could the accumulator be bad?
I know I replaced mine when I replaced my pump.

I maybe wrong with this but even with a bad accumulator I should be able to do the static bleed or all the steps before turning on the ignition and bleeding the pump. I just have a feeling that when that hose broke down that feeds the pump it got pieces in the booster.

You may have something there.
I wonder if there is a shop somewhere that could "clean" out the ABS pump for you?
Maybe there are bits lodged in the purportioning valve.
I wonder what a new/used one of those goes for?
