Default Abs Pump / Relay issue

So my ABS pump is making odd noises and running after the rover is shut off. I know the first thing to replace is the relay. ( 1991 rover lwb) Is it just 1 relay? I searched a year or two earlier post that state they found the 30A circuit under the driver seat. Is THAT the relay? Do i need to spend $35 bucks for them on dap inc OR is there an alternative replacement?

That's the one. I've tried to find alternatives but it is a pretty important relay considering the cost of the pump if it fails.

are the relays housed in the ecu under the driver seat?

They are under the drivers seat door side, just remove the two seat base covers. On the 1992 it goes left to right, blue relay-three fuses- black relay-black relay(this is the pump relay)- giant 30amp fuse

While we are on the topic, I sometimes get a pulsing from my brakes, its not the rotors, something in the ABS or vacuum sensor. I checked the speed sensors and rotors, no codes from the brake ecu. Comes and goes, better if i pull the relays and reset the thing. ideas, 1992 county
