i got a connection with a wholsale supply house for heavy duty fleets, they sell AC Delco , Donaldson and Baldwin Filters, Racor Parker, and Gates, and Goodyear. the prices are Wholesale. and they carry alot of ignition parts belts filters ect.. that work on the rover... i was going to buy a surplus of oil filters and some belts and plugs ect... i got the ac delco filter and they said i could have the last delco filter but they had a bunch more Bladwin Heavy Duty Filters , i guess it cross references the delco hd222 which they sell mainly as an Allison transmission filter. the thing is the manufacterer says it'll work on the rover engine and it has an anti drainback valve but the pressure relief valve is 20PSI instead of the normal 8-11 PSI will this make a difference if not i'm gonna get a a ton of these they look super good and they are really inexpensive.
