Default aww jesus

two days til MRM and my radiator takes a piss all over the parking lot. it was after work that i noticed. i was running the AC like a crazy bastard today and sploosh. i may have a crack as its leaking from the drivers side and doesnt appear to be coming from the upper hose. i understand the lower hose is on the passenger side so that leads me to believe the radiator is cracked. *sigh*. wierd though because i filled it back up, drove twenty miles, parked her in the driveway and NOTHING. *scratches head*. It was definitely collant that was on the ground in the lot...do i have it pulled and checked while im at work tomorrow? planned on buying a CB and having it installed tomorrow, really not looking forward to dicking with this. if it IS cracked and unrepairable they obviously dont have a LR radiator lying around to put in so i can be on the road on FRI headed to MRM. Im so chapped. Kelli, come pick me up! But wouldnt it be leaking like a son of a bitchright now in my driveway...? Hmm.

edit: im off to bed and will check this first thing in the morning. *sigh* wish me luck and have some positive upbeat KOOM BAAAYYY YAAA nonsense to make me feel good....oh ya, along with sound advice. LOL

lets hope its one of those weird Rover anomalies that repairs itself.

but if it is cracked you could have it re-cored. but i have no idea how long that would take.

oh that sucks. that happened to my rcc last summer. my wife was driving home w/ r new born (2month) and it was a 100 out and she had the AC on. she heard some noise (pop) and right when she got in the drive way anti freeze was come out (she was lucky!!!). i filled her acouple of differnt times and she kept blown out. the problem was that the rad was clogged and i needed to get the rad recoiled inside and new hoses and etc.... rrc's have that happen alot. they use to b copper inside and LR switched to alum (cost). so i hope everything will be ok for u!!! remember to have the rad flushed every 2 yrs to keep it from clogging.

my blow from the filler/resesvor (right side) so u do not see anything driping out slowly? do u have a indy LR shop close by? maybe drive it to them or call them up because u r leav'n tomorrow. my inside of the rad had to get replaced (i think it was $400 or so at the LR dealer) it would have been more if they had to get a new one!!! i use to leave 3 blocks from the dealer and did not find the indy LR shop intell this yr.

i was wondering if the AC would have had anything to do with it. i thought it would be leaking water, not coolant. *sigh*

Got in lste on this, but if you haven't gone yet, don't flush it cause it will leak like hell afterwards. Go have some shop do a quick pressure test, no big deal, but it will show you the leak real quick.
