Default Are Bank 1 and Bank 2 Rocker arms the same?

I know, yes it's a stupid question! I was up late putting everything back together friday night. I drove it yesterday and today. I opened the oil cap, and it was not oily? From what I can see, nothing looks lubricated? Am I going crazy?? No noise from the rocker arm though!

They are not set up the same, but as long as you did not disassemble them or twist the mounts 180 degrees, they can only go back the correct way.
