Default Best Spark plugs

So I am going to take a look at my spark plugs tomorrow(don't know when they were last done) and see if they need to be replaced.
Anything particular I should get?
How are the fancy shmancy Bosch Platinum +4's for this vehicle? Should stick to just normal ones?
Any advice would be great.

I've never tried platinums, or iridiums either, but I do use exclusively ordinary NGK's and that's on a supercharged engine. Great sparkplugs!

Don't use platinums on that, waste of money and I've heard a lot of reports of folks having them cause problems on engines not designed specifically for them.
I use whatever is cheapest in all my Rovers and change them as needed. Right now I'm running Autolites that I got for 99 cents each.
You can't go wrong using what the owners manual lists.

Ok thanks.
It is raining out here today (and its cold) so I won't be talking a look see under the hood.
Gives me sometime to check out opitons in the local CT. Thanks.

Champion 322s . Don't waste your money on anything else, it'll likely screw it up!

Never had much luck with Champion. Every now and then some salesman convinces me that they have changed and I put them in. Each time within a short period I have to pull them back out and replace them with NGKs or similar quality brand.

I agree. I originally alternated Champion which came with the vehicle when I purchased it new, with NGK's, then I went back to Champion and found that they didn't give me the performance that the NGK's offered. I now only fit NGK's.
