HI All,
The blower motor on my 1988 RRC runs REAL slow- motor seems to follow the switch- low, med, hi- (by sound) but no/very little airflow- I have most of the dash apart- and my blower motor is on the opposite side (Passenger)of the heater unit from all the pictures The guy I got the RRC from said something like "... I put the blower on slow speed, al you will need to do is switch it back to high...." and naturally he is nowhere to be found. I've seached the forum, and it looks like it might be the resistor or the blower motor itself. ne of the searches saif it was behing the right vent? is that the OUTSIDE vents? or the dash vents? Is there a check for the resistor (and where is the little gem) or do I just buy another one and hope it works. Ohmed out switch, checks good. The a/c side of the system works fine- separate blowers- they work and blow good. Any thoughts? as it is starting to snow here outside Dayton OH. Thanks, Carl |
