Brake Pedal...weird vibrations when pushed - Land Rovers Only

Hello all,

Has anyone had a weird vibration from the brake pedal and would you know what the first place to look for the cure is? It even makes a little buzz sound too.
I have a 95 Classic County SWB.

It sounds like your ABS system is kicking in. Under what circumstances does the pulsing come on? Also, the buzzing sound is your ABS pump. Does it run for a very long time when you first start the truck?
