Well at least we still have ATLANTICBRITISH, and RoversNorth to buy parts from.
I don't think I ever bought parts from BritishPacific. The article is a little misleading, as the majority of the parts are available from atlanticbritish.com, and roversnorth.com. http://www.thelandroverchronicles.com/

From the post on the chronicles, it seems more as if the division of Land Rover, entitled Land Rover Classic Parts, which provided the OEM parts for RRC/D1 has closed down entirely.. this was announced about a year ago that this was going to happen (or maybe it was the fact dealership wasn't going to stock the parts). So if that's the case, it doesn't matter if its BP/AB/RN .. they wont be getting any more OEM parts made.. so the options will be to use up the current stock and then find after market replacements.

I think most of our trucks will have turned to dust before it becomes a real issue finding parts. There are several British companies that will fill the void and more will likely come along. If you've ever owned a Series Land Rover you know all to well that there are an awful lot of parts floating around all over the world for these trucks, A little ingenuity and perserverence and I think we'll be able to get just about anything we need for a long time coming.
