Ok, can a bad cat cause poor power delivery and rob the engine of power under acceleration?
I think one of my cats is not good, and very rattly.

Do you have o2 sensors aft of your catalytic? And are the ones infront any good? If they are burnt, the computer will make the engine run rich, which leads to the engine feeling sluggish compared to what you are used to.
