Default Broken Transfer Case Shifter Linkage

Has anyone had this break? I just bought a '91 GDE and Low Range hadn't been used for a while. It shifted fine for a bit, then once the linkage broke! Of course I had to take the whole center console apart to figure this out!

If anyone has a part number or knows of a good place to find one of these, that'd be a great help. I'm going to give rovers north a call tomorrow.

Thanks!

The same thing happened on my 93. The mounting post for the shifter handle snapped in 2 due to a seized shifter. Rovers North had the part in stock, give Paul Grant a call first though, I'm sure he has some used ones laying around.

If it is only broken on the shaft, you could weld it back together. No one will see it.
