Speak of the Devil, my truck was doing the same deal on my way to this Christmas Dinner I am at right now, and it happens that the CDs got really cold last night cause of the freezing temps, that they fogged over, and the Player would not read.
What I did, was take tissue paper, and my breath to warm the discs up and put them back in, never had an issue once they were warm. Also it might be a good idea to use one of those CD Lens cleaners on the Changer, I know mine is long over due for one.
