central locking not working...... - Land Rovers Only

It used to work just fine. But then one day it wouldn't unlock all the doors when I locked it using the passenger side door. Then it worked again for a while, but now it doesn't work at all.

Here's my question: Is this as simple as replacing the central locking mechanism? Where is it located?

Paul Grant has one for sale that I'm going to buy if it's going to solve my problem. If not, any other suggestions?
