Which diesel motor did Land Rover ship in the Range Rover Classic in the 90s?
I know they didn't ship any to America, but surely they shipped them to other parts of the world. And I know, "don't call me Shirley". Ted Striker: Surely you can't be serious. Rumack: I am serious... and don't call me Shirley. ![]() ![]() |

RRC diesels went in this order; VM (think it was a 2.4, converted from a marine engine to fit the RR), 200tdi and then 300tdi. Don't think anything BMW went in to a RRC, only the P38s.

Thanks so much for that.
Not that I could afford a 300TDI but at least I know which one is proper. |

Hey Okie,
The Australian market had the Isuzu 4bd1 or 4bd1T mated to I think Chrysler 727. From what I read over on outerlimits4x4 it seem to be only available in that market. Dougal over on 4btswaps.com has a lot of info on diesel Rovers. Cool site you got there. |
