Default electrical problem <SOLVED>

92 RRC.
pop !!! then no clock, radio, a/c fan, speedometer, the only fuse that was blown was the main relay fuse under the passenger seat. Are there any fuses or relays under the hood ? truck runs normally except for those. oh and for some reason the left hand condensor fan runs all the time; I have to disconnect the battery to stop it. I think i'm screwed.
is there a cable fuse on the earth side ?
HELP

Left hand condenser fan?
If it blew that big bad boy fuse under the seat there is something seriously wrong.
So I'm guessing the condenser fan is shorted to ground and has a complete circuit. Which means some relays are fried.

Default Solved

Bad voltage regulator overcharged battery which led to fusable link doing its thing on the positive cable. Bypassed link, new cable on order she works fine. That was scary.
