Error code P0455 - Land Rovers Only

I'm sorry if this is redundant, but I need help. I searched past threads and found a little info (gas cap) on this code, but it was mixed in with four or five other codes. This is the only one I'm getting, and I'm not sure what's causing it. "EVAP Emission Control System Leak (Large)"... what the heck is that???

Start checking all the lines to and from the evap. canister and back to the fuel tank.

two reasons for a large evap leak, a bad fuel cap and a stuck open purge valve solenoid.
