fuses? - Land Rovers Only

i am having some elecrical issues. the p.o. of this 93 lwb wired in an aftermarket stereo by jumping power from the cigarette lighter. i am trying to install the original stereo, but i can't find the factory power. also, there is no longer power to the cigarette lighter either. i have never seen so many wires with out power! i read in the rave disk schematics that there is more than one fuse panel on the truck. does anyone know where the satellite panels are located? any help is greatly appreciated.

Fuses are located in the dash.
And under driver's side and passenger's side seats.
