Default Gauge Cluster question

anyone know how to remove the needles from the guage cluster. I don't see any set screws and I'm afraid to just pry on it I kinda want the tach intact.

nevermind figured out how to get it apart without removing the needles

what did you do? those instrument clusters are fragile little buggers. i wouldnt mind knowing what you did just for future reference...

the blinding obvious removed the screws from the back side of the cluster and it comes right out.
