Default got lots done tonight

well work was slow sooooo i mounted and balance my new ltb's....went and got stock to make rock sliders...then made them and also made a quick front diff gaurd..seeing as i have already put a big dent in it lol check em and let me know what ya think

i know i need more in but i ran out of rebar lol and didnt really want to get more lol i didnt want errr well got lazy and didnt want to get anymore tonight lol

Plate the rebar, Build another for the rear. Cap the tubes of the sliders. Then use them as templates, and build sliders with some actual tube wall thickness, as those will fail, first time out. Overall looks like a great use of a slow day. Good job, man.

Shop safety tip #1: Eye protection. You NEED to wear eye protection while using your angle grinder. You got a piece of shrapnel stuck in your eyebrow. lol.

fun i welded them on...
exm. from that pic they might not look like it but they are thick wall tubingbut i do need toget the ends capped....lol as for the schrapnel lol yea i got that one stuck there years ago and just havent been able to pull it out..lol

There appears to be a problem with your car. Where did all the rust come from. Don't you have any oil in the motor or transmission. The oil is suppose to leak under the car to stop it from rusting.

sven i think it only looks that way becouse of the pic its actually fine....

p76 lol yea thats the down side of being a mechanic with one of these i hate oil leaks soo im always fixing something or resealing something lol

ya i missed welded them to the body.... not alot of big rocks if the northeast... well there but not like what you have out there...lol mostly just mud and trails in the woods..
