Head gasket tightening question

Sign Guy Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: Newnan, GA Posts: 253 Gallery: 0	Head gasket tightening question I have erling gaskets and there are two sets of instructions, one set with a series of torque values and one set with an initial torque value and then two 90 degree turns. Since I am using TTY bolts I assume I will use the second set, correct? I'm relatively certain I know the answer but..... Also, neither side is marked up. Does the side with more metal face up or down? __________________ Bill 93 LWB Sable Edition 160+k miles ArmyRover- "it's actually more of self inflicted torture chamber with doors and tires"- with this, I can relate!
