Headgasket advice?

Well, my two year project of suspension, underbody, interior, etc. just turned into a headgasket job too I guess...

Figured I'd start it up since I was hoping to get it off jackstands by the end of the season (for the first time in two years) and it wouldnt catch starting, then started spraying coolant out the overflow..

I get 140-160 compression on each cylinder, but there must be a leak in the headgasket right? Can't think of anything else short of cracked block that it could be.

Any advice on where to buy my headgasket kit and any other while I'm in there stuff I should attend to?

i recomend rovers north-good people&lots of free advice! also atlantic-british very helpful, sometimes cheaper on some parts, you just have to shop around!
i feel what youre going through having just finished headgaskets on mine& now the heater core blew out! more work for me-yipee!! i'd rather be trailing!!
make sure to have heads machined&pressure checked&to straight edge the block
