Does anyone know where the high and low beam relays are located? I don't have my repair manual yet, although it is coming in the mail.
The reason I ask is that on our Rovers when you select the high beams, the low beams turn off. I am looking to upgrade to HIDs and need to have the low beams stay on (HID) when the high beam is selected (halogen). I was able to accomplish on my '88 BMW, which also came with sealed beams, by connecting two leads on both high and low beam relays. The process is outlined here (towards the end): http://www.abrahamsmotorsport.com/ee.htm I know that there are bi-xenon options out there, but I don't want 4 ballasts (option 1) and the magnetic reflector system has been known to fail (option 2). I am going to wire up my aux PIAA lights on the brush bar to turn on with the high beams anyway, so I would have no need for the HID high beam. If anyone has dealt with this, please let me know. Thanks in advance! -Harold

Never mind, I've decided to wire the harness differently instead or messing with the relays. I'm hoping to have the HIDs installed in the next few weeks and will wire up the high beams to my aux PIAA lights on the brush bar. I'll start a new thread when I get them installed and running.
