My dad and I just finished changing out the heater core on my 91' Hunter, and after all the talk I've read about prying, screaming, and loss of limbs, the job amounted to nine non-consecutive hours of so-so difficulty labor. Honestly, the hardest parts of the project are buttoning up the dash and maneuvering the hoses back on to the core on the engine side of the firewall.

I even have an epically victorious picture of me holding up the heater unit with all my fingers intact. What more could a Rangie owner ask for?
