I know that tube is dry-rotted. I need to know which tube that is I don't know if its the bleeder tube or the filler tube or the(what other tube could it be) I just need to know which tube it is so I can order the part quickly and get it put on before I take it to MARTA

I think you just answered your own question.... you know its dry rotten. I would say its the vent tube but, if you're unsure, order all of them. It can never hurt to put something new on.

OK so I've found the part but it the whole filler assembly LAND ROVER PARTS - FUEL FILL PIPE - NAS RANGE ROVER
but the problem is I don't need the whole assembly I just need is that tube that is between those clamps. does anyone know where (if possible) can I get that tube on the bleeder line without paying $200. Also by looking at the rovers north diagram it doesn't show 2 tubes coming off the filler cap and I can't tell if the big tube that separates off goes to the fuel filter or if it goes to my leaking tube? DOES ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH LATE MODEL CLASSIC FUEL SYSTEMS???????????

That assembly you've listed is for earlier RR. The assembly for the 95 is RNE015 (they use the same photo but it is different).

From your other thread, you think the tank needs to be dropped. According to the manual you should be able to accesses it with out dropping it. It's just two hose clamps. Take it off & go to NAPA to get some fuel line of the same size unless it is a preshaped. If it is preshaped & a straight piece may kink then call RN & they should be able to hook you up with just the hose.

I looked there a long time ago when I found moisture under the cargo mat I found that plate and opened it to see what was in there and those tubes look nothing like the tube in question to the tube in question just disappears on top of the tank and I don't believe it can be accessed from above when I looked in there with a flashlight the tube falls in a groove on top of the tank and disappears I can't see if it bends up but I will look again but the tube doesn't look like its one solid tube I've seen several brackets but I don't know I'm gonna check again. If anyone has any experience in 95 RRC fuel systems help me out here

I just looked again and I was right one of those lines was the return line the other was the line to the engine and the other thing was an electrical line. But, when I stuck my camera in the area below I saw the tube that leaks but it has a turn in it. It turns towards the front and I don't understand because I know fuel is coming out of it but I don't see where it is attached to the tank. I don't get it I know its fuel, I know it is attached to the filler, I know that it leads to above the tank but it doesn't connect, but I don't know why it is such a difficult little problem. someone has got to know whats going on

It's your vent hose which attaches to the side of the tank (according to the manual). Can you post a wider shot to show more info? And one of the side of the tank.
From your picture it looks like a regular piece of fuel line that you can source local once you get it disconnected.

This is from the Rave

its the line that has clamp #10 on it that isn't the main filler line. (or the smaller line that doesn't have the fuel filter) heres a pic 100_4409 on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
and another from under the cargo area 100_4428 on Flickr - Photo Sharing!

That is where it attaches to the tank. Do you see that clamp on yours?
Here is another image to help visualize it. The part circled in red is where it attaches just behind the filler tube.

To me it looks like the bottom of my tank juts out some so I am not able to see where that tube goes. I'm pretty sure its a bleeder hose but that doesn't explain why fuel leaks out when I Fill my gas tank ( I really don't want to undertake this without knowing exactly what I'm Doing) I will add a Pic later to show what that side of my tank looks like because it doesn't look like the tank in the pic (are you sure thats the 95 LWB tank from RAVE or is it just one of those Generic Rover pics) I would Really like a Real Pic of a 95 LWB tank to compare to mine because the tube in question doesn't attach to the tank in that plain of sight

Kid, its a bad hose. It is leaking gas because there is a hole in it. It is normal for a little gas to either go down it a little or splash from the tank back up it when you fill the tank. You could probably go to napa and get a peice of generic fuel hose the same size and put it on there. It goes from the filler neck to the top of the tank. You could probably just unbolt the back of the tank and tilt it down to get at it. You soun't even have to take it all the way out.
