If the battery tested good (take it to Crappy Tire, they test for free..) then I would definately check the connections at the starter... Mine does this about 3 times a year (I know mine is a series, but a starter system is a starter system). The connections on the starter tend to corrode a bit. Check both the positive at the starter, as well as both ends of the ground strap. I just had to replace the positive wire from the selenoid to the starter as it was corroded to the point that it would not carry a load.
