coould someone tell me where to find the fuel pump relay on an 89 range rover country there are a million relays under the hood and dash . if this is bad would it prevent the fuse from having current to it or am i lookin at a dead short here i replaced the pump but the next day it did the same thing when it was running it sounded like the pump was cycling all the time click click click please help

The fuel pump relay is under the right hand front seat forward of the ECU. But by the sound of it there is more going on here. Do yourself a favor and get a copy of the Manual, it will not cost very much $$$, is available from most Land Rover parts supply etc and is the first/best money to spend as a new Range Rover owner.......by 1989 these things had become a electrical nightmare, so if you are not very good at electrical trouble shooting now don't worry....in a few months you soon will be! Congrats on your new Rover.
