Does the truck have an alarm system that blows the horns when it goes off?

I would start there, or look at the wires and connections for corrosion. Resistance in a circuit is grounds for a blown fuse.

Uhh my horn sounds sick.... like it needs a boost! When the alarm goes off, it sounds even worse... Do you think my horn just needs to be replaced or just clean up some connections?
Thanks!

try the contact spray (radio shack) and or clean 1st. then go w/ a new horn if it does not work.
