Default How will it look?

Folks, I've still got some gremlins I'm hunting down like the radio (crappy blowplunkt works but not my clarion or alpine???)

Any way I need to replace my rear springs on a flat surface the rear pass is 1 1/2" shorter that the drivers side. So I figure I'd do a 2" lift all around but I want to stick with no larger than a 30-31" tire. I was thinking 265/70/16. I found a good deal on an agressive AT.

I'd like your thoughts on this, Will it look goofy with to high of a lift or just right. My other tire option is a 245/75/16. I know bigger is better but I want to stay with in the powrer limits of the engine and its a daily driver. Do I even need a lift. I love the ride right now. But the leaning is killing me. Would I be better off jusst replacing that saggy spring? or a spacer(where?)

thanks, all I value your opinion. Pics are always a plus, yes I've searched, but I like some more input

thanks

Check the "new shoes" thread, there are some pics in there with trucks with similar lifts and similar sized tires. By the way, the driver's side springs on the front and rear are about 1" longer than the passenger, thats the way they came from the factory on LHD trucks, I'm guessing to compensate for the driver's weight?

Bob, I'm almost sure that guy has the same tires as me 245/75/r16 with a 2" lift with big blue springs - I remember seeing that thread on Dweb, but in reality, I think the big blues don't lift quite as much as they claim (I think he got just over 1") - which is ok, just know that going into it. I think 265/75/R16 are gonna be just over 32" (I think they are just a tad shorter than funrovers, but about an 1" wider), I would say that you definately need a mild lift with 265's to keep from having so much rubbing and just get it to look balanced.

http://www.ironmansuspension.com/

Thanks Guy's, I guess I'm going for the least amount of lift for 30" tires. I've heard that about BB that they sag. I've heard that the RTE and 2+ and the OME are about 1.75 to 2.0" I'm afraid if I go to high I'll start running in other issues. Or I'll have the "scared cat" look, and to counter that I'll run bigger tires then brake axles and on and on and on more power
