Looks like a relay socket with melted wires.Where did you find that on the truck?

Kinda vague from the pic, but yeah it does look like something a relay would plug into.

It is in fact a relay plug with some f00ked up wires.. but I dont know which one it is.. Found under front pass seat

Did the truck at one point have EAS? That might be the relay socket for the system, not sure. I will have to look at mine, although mine is 4 years ahead of yours.

I'm going with cruise control relay or condenser fan timing unit. The other 2 under there EFI (black) and fuel pump (blue).

The fuse for the fuel pump also continues to blow?

I would definitely seperate those wires from each other,before further damage occurs. That also might cure your blowing fuse issue..
