I Have a 1987 Range Rover Classic and I want to put a new ignition housing in it, the original one on the column is bad and I am going to remove it and replace it with an aftermarket one that I can mount anywhere. My question is, does anyone have a diagram that will help me attach the original ignition wires coming from the old ignition housing to my aftermarket switch?
There are four wire coming out of the back of the original ignition and my new ignition has a place for I believe four wires as well, I can use a trial and error method but I don't want to short anything out. Thanks in advance for anyone that can help me The switch I am taking out looks similar to this link: http://market.autopartsfair.com/rove...stsyntheticoil |
