Classic Gurus,
I've removed the steering pump to get a better look at my water pump area. I've located the coolant leak. When I pour coolant into the expansion tank (motor not running), it fairly immediately leaks out of a small hole in the gasket between the "top cover" and the engine block! ![]() Any clues on how this could be possible and how I should proceed? Thanks, ChamplainRover |

That's the head gasket.
It's gonna have to be replaced. While you have the heads off get a "head job". It will be giving your top end new life and your engine too. |
