Default Let the buying begin...

Hello:

New to the Forum...just bought my first RR. A 1992 County in Beluga Black. While this is my 57th car/motorcycle, I am excited about it..always wanted one!

I have searched Ebay, Rovers.net, and a few other spots for some parts I need or want but hoping you can point me in the right direction and/or offer opinions.

Here's my grocery list so far -

1) Rear Badge - source?
2) What can you do about the lettering that says "Range Rover"? It's basically "ghosted" at this point on the tailgate?
3) Upper tailgate assembly - I want steel...not the aluminum. The British parts site has it in there for $1599...Holy <um> "Cow"!
4) Brush Guard - who makes the best one/most popular?
5) Mud Flaps - I saw there is a write-up coming
6) Console shift position indicators - source?
7) Is there a good/easy swap-out option for the shift lever to the version with wood vs the plastic?

That's enough...don't want to over-do my first post of course!

Thanks for any input...I am glad to find a Forum that appears to be pretty active! I plan on hanging around a while...

SG
