Anyone have a diagram of the EAS system in a 1995 4.0?
Put in 4 new springs, fixed the melted line in the rear and still have a leak somewhere (seems to only be the right rear side). I suspect that it may be the other line that comes across the member past the right rear wheel, then heads towards the front of the truck. Thanks! |

There is two hoses that go asross the cross member one to the air spring the other to the air tank.
If your exhaust fails it will usualy blow both Hope this helps |

That is exactly what happened to mine. I have the schematic from the service bullitin about that problem (after the fact), but was thinking about redoing all the line in the whole truck as opposed to splicing the bad parts out.
I'll track it to the air tank I guess... it is just so cold outside! |

There's a page on my website (www.goffy.com) all about EAS, complete with a system diagram and some suggestions on fault finding.
Hope you find it useful.
