Mudflaps - Land Rovers Only

Welcome all !! New to the forum and here is my very first post...I recently tore off a rear mudflap on my '91 RRC. My question is how do the fasteners come out that attatch the mf to the inner wheel well? Are the fasteners reusable or will I need to get new ones ?

you need to cut them off... I started with a grinder then grabbed the torches, and melted them off...

It's 4 or 5 bolts I think. They're usually completely seized up, so I wouldn't even try to remove them. Just cut or grind.
