I have the feeling teh fiberglass hoods won't look so great. Fiberglass body pieces usually take a lot of work to look straight and flush.

i would try craigs list, put a want ad for a parts RRC or something along those lines. its how i got my tranny.

i just remembered something, instead of hood pins, you could also use the clamps they use one Jeeps, a la this guy:

I might use them on my current hood for now and simply remove them to install them on the new hood which BTW won't be coming for a while yet.
