Default No heat in '95 classic

The heat in my '95 classic has worked fine in the past but this morning I got nothing. Fan works fine (didn't test A/C) but with both controls turned over to hot I still have cold air blowing in. Engine temperature gauge appears to be working fine.
Any suggestions? I searched for some threads with similar issues but didn't come across any. I apologize if this is a dead horse post - if so, just shoot me a link to the thread.
thanks

the 95 RR has same heating and cooling set up as the Disco 1 so it must be that there is air trapped in the heater core. Disco's suffer from that, check that expansion tank has antifreze. When u drive on the highway can u feel hot air blowing from the heater vents?

Like Dave is getting at... low coolant. And you may have to burp it incase there is an air block.

Yep. Added coolant at lunchtime today and all seems to be good again.
Thanks to you and Kevin for the prompt replies.
Just for my knowledge - how would I burp it if needed?

Here's the way I do it recommended by TerryS... Overheating 1998 Discovery Series 1

Keep on eye your coolant level... it may be disappearing pointing to a big problem.
