My seats & mirrors have been working intermittently for a month or so now. Sometimes they would work, others not. Yesterday I went out and no seat or mirror movement at all. I figured a restart of the car would solve it as usual. Unfortunately not. Also no response to the "5 presses of the green and 2-1-1-2" diagnostic. Fuse is fine. So I think I need a Seat ECU- please correct if wrong (wouldn't be the 1st time!)

dirty switches??? try to do a search on cleaning the contacts of the seat switches... guess its a mess when you open them, springs and ball bearings everywhere. I would first try spraying some electrical contact cleaner and wiggle thoes buttons like crazy, then see if they work, if it does, then there just dirty.... if you do open them up, do it in a "fish bowl" or on top of a towel so the balls and springs dont fly away. Good luck.

in 1995 model year is there a seat memory functioin tied in with mirror memory function? i dont have that on mine as its a 1991. if that is the case for 1995 model year, you may be right to suspect an ECU common between them is at fault.
if i understand you correctly one day the mirrors and seats work albeit inconsistently. next day both seats and both mirrors not working. so i would not suspect the seat control switches being dirty is the root cause.
