Default Range Rover died on the highway

My 95 rrc lwb died on the interstate yesturday. I heard a noise and then the battery light came on and the temp gauge went up and there were no rpms so i imediately pulled over and turned it off. I found the serpentine belt wrapped around the water pump pulley. The fan and the pulley on the water pump move but the bolts are tight. Also the automatic tensioner was also loose. When i took it to a local shop they told me they thought that the water pump had frozen and that caused the tensioner to bend and the belt came off. Does this sound logical? I plan on replacing the water pump, tensioner and a new belt even though the old one wasn't broken. Is there anything else i should replace? Thanks

All the belts while you're in there.
And you may consider the front heater supply hoses. They are kinda not fun to replace and would be easy if you are pulling the water pump anyway.
