rear defrost/wiper problem - Land Rovers Only

My rear wiper and defrost both quit working on my 89 rover. I checked the fuse in the dash but it was fine. I was thinking maybe it was a relay, but the manual doesn’t say anything about it. Any suggestions?

Hi Sky,
As far as I know the only common point these two things have in common is Fuse 16. This should also cover your rear screen washer pump (does your pump work?).
