1. It's kinda heavy if I remember correctly. The front seat headrests will keep it from traveling too far once removed.
2. sorry I can't remember that.
3. Sure the seal around the metal roof. just be careful with it. If you look at the design any water coming in should go out in the drain tubes.
4. I thought you could access the drains without removing it. Just roll it back and look in the corners. But in any case you are going to blow some air down there to clear them and with the interior gutted do you not see the hoses on the sunroof?
Sorry I wish I could be more helpful. But overall it's kinda heavy maybe 60-75 (can anyone confirm or deny that?) pounds maybe more.
