Default Replace fuel hose to tank

After filling up my '95 classic this morning I noticed (what I feared) fuel running down the right rear mud flap. Hoping it was dirty water coming off the truck as it rained this morning I put my finger on a drop for the smell test - definitely gas.
I looked up under and a fuel hose is leaking. It appears a hose comes down from the filler cap and then has a fitting onto a hose that runs towards the opposite side of the truck and goes over what I'm guessing is the fuel tank. This hose (about 1" OD) is cracked and leaking.
Is my guess correct that this hose goes on top of the fuel tank and then connects to the fuel tank from above? And if so, how would I go about replacing it? Must the fuel tank be removed?

Since you have a '91 or later, all you have to do is remove the carpet, remove the little hatch in the middle of the floor (6 philips screws or so) and you will see the hose connected to the fuel pump, which is right there for the taking.

Default Can't access from above

I was hoping that was the case. I removed the panel and there are two lines going in but both are pointing towards the front of the truck and both are too small to be the hose in question.
Upon closer inspection I see that the fill cap goes to a very large hose that's prob. 1.75" in diameter. Right beside that is the 1" hose that is leaking. The larger 1.75" goes directly into the tank but the 1" goes over the top of the tank and disappears. Not sure if it's an overflow hose or something that connects back in around the filler cap.

Anyone know what this hose does and where it connects into the tank?

You may want to check the "Emission Control" chapter in the RAVE manual. Which can be downloaded from The Green Oval - Home. Sorry I can't help you any further, on my '91 there's no hose going over the fuel tank except for the ones that attach to the pump as far as I know.

Default I believe it is a vent hose

I believe that is correct. I guess it vents off the tank and the output is at the fill cap. How difficult is it to replace the vent hose?
