Najam uz zaman Zaman Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Karachi - Pakistan Posts: 10 Gallery: 0	self levelling shock etc. Can anyone tell me what function is performed by the self levelling shock (mounted on the centre of the rear diff) on the 1988 classic range rover. I have heard that installing sway bars front and rear from a 1989 model helps a lot in improving handling and ride quality. Also, after installing aftermarket coil springs front and rear and new shocks (OEM) my range's ride quality has further deteriorated. Can anyone recommend a coil/shock combination which would ensure a good ride quality (soft).
